Only applicable to customers of Ceramic Pro Vaughan who opt-in for our Lifetime Guarantee Warranty.
If you purchase any Kavaca PPF package at Ceramic Pro Vaughan, we will replace any damaged film. You can redeem a replacement one (1) time per calendar year.
For example, if you have a full front PPF package and a rock chips the film, you can book a free replacement of that piece. If any other damage occurs within the same year, you must wait until the following calendar year to book a replacement appointment.
If more than one piece of film is damaged, we will replace it as long as both pieces are redeemed in the same appointment.
You can not redeem more than one (1) replacement appointment in one (1) calendar year.
In order to be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase stating that you have Ceramic Pro Vaughan’s Lifetime Guarantee Warranty.

-Accidental tears in the film

What Isn’t Covered?
-Damage due to a collision (this can be covered by insurance)
-Sandblasting from normal highway driving
-Damage to paint under the film
-Damage to paint from removal of the film
